Hey guys.

My name is Luke and im sure you've heard this a thousand times but im getting a tattoo in latin. I think latin is a gorgeous language and my tattoo is about my family and how much they mean to me.
i want "death before dishonour" but in latin. the translation i think i have worked out is "potius mori quam foedare" which i think literally works out to "rather to die than to dishonour someone else". and also the fact that death before dishonour used to be said before fights is also meaningful to me in a deep way. if you could take the time to let me know if this is correct or not a.s.a.p it would be very much appreciated.

I really appreciate your time
